Gutted Night

Ratings

Scare Rating

4/5 Stars

To the ordinary horror game player the jump scares should be predictable, the characters even warn you beforehand if there may be any surprises. Fortunately, me as a natrually jumpy individual I yell and closed my laptop once or twice. I had a good laugh after that! The setting didn't have that dark and unsettling feel, it was just a slightly rundown and isolated. The jump scare that got me the most was

Spoiler Alert the bowling ball man dash across my screen after throwing away the trash. The ending freaked me out, I thought I was doing something wrong.

Story Rating

3/5 Stars

Not too in-depth, as well as abrupt ending, but overall the plot is intact, intersting characters, if I am saying that correctly

Style Rating

I liked the pixelated vintage style and the 1st POV. Helps made the jumpscares and the action scenes more highblooded.
